Main structural features:
★ The negative-pressure design, combined with large-diameter corrugating rolls and pressure rolls, ensures thorough and uniform compression of the paper at lower temperatures, enhancing initial adhesion and guaranteeing excellent lamination performance for cardboard of varying basis weights even at high speeds.
★ Electric trolley for transferring the tile roller section, button-operated; locking and unlocking of the tile roller section, 1 0 Minute roll change.
★ The corrugating roll is equipped with a peripheral heating system, which reduces preheating time, eliminates condensate buildup, minimizes roll deformation, and enables quick machine restarts with minimal cardboard waste. (Optional)
★ The gap between the pressure roller and the corrugating roller is adjusted via a precision ball screw, monitored by an electronic gauge, and displayed numerically; the gap is automatically regulated in response to changes in line speed and basis weight.
★ The adhesive application system can operate independently when the main machine is stopped; a chilled water circulation system is installed on the adhesive applicator roller to prevent the adhesive from drying on its surface.
★ The adhesive application is regulated by a dual-eccentric mechanism, enabling more precise and convenient adjustments; the adhesive quantity is automatically adjusted in response to changes in line speed and cardboard basis weight.
★ Mobile adhesive application systems are not only easy to clean but also facilitate maintenance and repair.
★ Built-in core paper pre-conditioning spray device for adjusting core paper temperature and moisture content.
